Josh Schlossberg
Josh Schlossberg of Vermont, formerly of Eugene, is editor of Biomass Buster newsletter. In January he won a lawsuit against the city of Eugene claiming a violation of his constitutional rights and excessive force when he was arrested by EPD’s Sgt. Bill Solesbee in a 2009 encounter in front of Umpqua Bank.
