Take a moment to explore some of the places where you can indulge your taste buds from new-to-Eugene Latinx-owned Xicha to pre-pandemic newcomer Gratitude Brewing as well as all the wineries strewn across Lane County. 

We hear that on the horizon for Willamette Street is Aussie Drop Bear Brewery and, in rural Lowell, Arable Brewing Company is looking for investors (Republic.com/arable-brewing). And, of course, don’t forget old favorites like Ninkasi, Oakshire, Coldfire and more 

So it’s time to sit outside with your cool beverage of choice. Whether the sip that soothes you is lemonade or chardonnay, sitting under the sun or a cool umbrella is the epitome of the summer season that’s upon us. And as an added bonus, it’s pretty damn COVID safe.
