It seems that Eugene City Councilor Mike Clark’s objection to any effort to deal with homelessness in Eugene is that it’s not going to “solve” the homeless problem, and therefore we shouldn’t do it. I’m curious what grand, sweeping, all-inclusive solution Mr. Clark has to propose that he might actually support?
