The event marks the 50th anniversary of the signing of the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution in 1964, authorizing U.S. military involvement in the Vietnam War. Sens. Wayne Morse and Ernest Gruening were the only “no” votes in the Senate against the war. A reception for advance ticket holders ($10) will begin at 5:30 pm. Tickets day of the program are $11.
